Nigerian actress and singer Rahama Sadau who was summoned by the police after her raunchy photos popped up online has allegedly been sentenced.
Fews days ago, a police report from the the Principal Staff Officer, addressing the issue popped up on the internet.
Part of the letter addressed to the people of Kaduna read: “I am to convey the directive of the Inspector General of Police that you treat proactively with a view to ensuring that the development does not result to any act that could threaten public peace and security.
They haven’t sentenced Rahama Sadau to death yet but if she is gonna be arraigned in court over blasphemy, the sentence is death. It’s time for us to take a stand LOUDLY. We can’t keep shouting over oppressive laws in Nigeria & forget the ones that heavily affect women.
So Rahama Sadau is expected to appear before a sharia court in Kaduna, where her fate will be decided.
It's sad we have Nations trapped in this British experiment called Nigeria pic.twitter.com/Mv8KCUZu5O
