Google Drive now adds biometric protection on iPhone and iPad

Google has released a new update of google drive that will allow you to secure your drive account with Touch ID and Face ID on iPhone and iPad.

This is to ensure a better way of securing one’s files and also to prevent a third party from accessing files saved in google drive.

According to digital trends, there will be an auto-lock option that will help users determine when to lock their google drive accounts.

Google currently allows users to lock their accounts within 10 seconds, 1 minute, and 10 minutes.

However, the privacy screen is not completely secured. Google gives you a warning that it can’t protect some drive information when setting up you biometric protection in the drive.

This feature is available to all iPhone and iPad users and is available on the apple app store.
