Ghanaian hip life rapper and singer Dr Cryme has disclosed that he won’t retire from music because musicians don’t retire but only get lazy.
Speaking in an interview monitored by wysepromotions.com with David Osei on RUK Radio’s Late Afternoon Drive, the “Kill Me Shy” hit maker disclosed that he has never thought of quiting or retiring but every day he tries to do something to uplift the Ghanaian music industry.
“There hasn’t been a point that I wanted to quit music. We have employed people that are working for us so if I quit how are they going to survive. There could be high and lows in this industry but nothing will make you stop”, he disclosed.
“Musicians don’t retire. A musician can only get lazy but you can’t retire”, he added.
Dr Cryme is currently promoting his new song dubbed “Chicken Change” and it’s doing well on the music market.
